Getting Started with The San Diego Lemon Lawyer
Get started by providing us with documents that allow us to do a thorough review of your potential lemon law case. Call our toll-free number and we will provide a list of required documents that you can fax or e-mail. The list includes:
1) your purchase or lease contract, 2) any receipts you have for attempted repairs, 3) any emails/voice mails or letters between you and the dealer/manufacturer, and 4) any other papers given to you by the dealership or the manufacturer. It may seem like a lot, but we often find information very valuable to you and your case.
Once we have reviewed your documents, you will be contacted right away. We will let you know if we have accepted your case. At that point we will send you a Retainer Agreement, which clearly and concisely defines the terms of our legal service. Once we receive your signed Retainer Agreement back, we will start on your case immediately.
For lemon law cases, once we have reached a settlement (with your approval always) with the auto manufacturer, we will contact you with specific instructions about turning in your vehicle at your local dealership. For car fraud and car repo case, the dealership and/or finance companies may be involved, too. Settlements may differ in result, therefore, but always require your approval.
The sooner you get your case started, the sooner you can get your case settled. Call us now for a fast, free initial legal consultation. 1-858-451-0291 or 1-877-297-3372.
