Chevy Volt Potential Lemon Issue

GM has initiated a recall in all but name. After some government crash testing led to battery fires, Chevy is bringing all the Volts back in for a fix. Battery fires may result in a Lemon Law claim for return of these (or other) vehicles. Consumers don’t have to “live” with a dangerous or destroyed vehicle.
