AmeriCredit Settlement: When Should I expect a check?

If you are a class member (you will know because you received a written notice), here are the important dates:
1. You do NOT need to attend, but are welcome to attend the Final Approval hearing. The final approval hearing will be held on October 5, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. before the
Honorable Dana M. Sabraw in Courtroom 10 of the United States District Court, Southern District
of California, located at 940 Front Street, San Diego, CA.
2. If the Court grants Final Approval, then checks should start to roll out about two (2) weeks after the Court’s Order. Best guess: by the end of October, 2012.
