Burger King Can’t Get Out of Junk Fax Class Action

A Maryland federal judge on Wednesday denied Burger King Worldwide Inc.’s bid to evade a real estate company’s proposed class action accusing the fast food giant of sending unsolicited faxes in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
